Privacy notice

This notice covers the register your interest form on this website. It is run by the organising committee of the 2nd International Consensus Conference on Neuroendocrine Liver Metastases (ICC NELM 2027).

What we collect

Your first name, last name, organisation, email address and country, as you enter them on the form, and the date and time you submitted it.

Why

To send you registration and programme updates for ICC NELM 2027, including the postgraduate course, and to answer any question you send us. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@iccnelm2027.org.

Where it is kept and for how long

Your details are stored by our website provider and are seen only by the organising committee and the team administering registration. We keep them until the conference has taken place and its follow up is complete, then delete them. They are never sold or passed to sponsors or exhibitors.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@iccnelm2027.org. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It counts visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool run by our web developer, BRNB, which records the pages viewed, the referring site, and the browser, device type and country, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. It cannot identify you and is never combined with the details you give on the form.
